The Placement Cell under the guidance of Principal Mr Ajit Singh organized an inspiring session on Career Counseling and Personality Development. The session was presented by Dr Yashpal Assistant Professor of English at Government Women College Shehzadpur and was attended by about 80 students who gained valuable insights into career planning and personality development.
In his talk Dr Yashpal highlighted the importance of career focused planning and the development of interpersonal skills for success in todays competitive world. He guided students on recognizing their strengths setting achievable career goals and enhancing their personality through effective communication skills. Through reallife examples he encouraged students to take an active approach toward their career paths and develop confidence and adaptability.
Officiating Principal Mr Joga Singh emphasized the college commitment to providing such opportunities for the academic and personal growth of students. He encouraged students to make the most of such sessions to build essential skills for future success.
Dr Apoorva coordinator of the Placement Cell motivated students to stay focused on their goals and continuously work towards selfimprovement. Dr Swaranjit Singh expressed gratitude to Dr Yashpal for his inspiring thoughts and urged students to apply the session lessons in their lives.
Mr Subhash Kumar Mr Sanjeev Kumar and members of the Placement Cell such as Mr Rajendra and Priya played a key role in making the event a success. Their collective efforts ensured that the session had a positive impact on all attending students.
