22.08.2023 Celebration of World Entrepreneurship Day

Entrepreneurship Development Centre of Govt. PG College, Naraingarh (Ambala) in collaboration with Govt. College for Women, Shahzadpur (Ambala) organized an event on the occasion of World Entrepreneurship Day on 22.08.2023. The event started with Maa Saraswati Vandna, sung by the music student of our college followed by address and welcome speech by Principal, Ms. Promila Malik and Principal, Govt. College for Women, Shahzadpur, Ms. Rajni Bhalla.
Honourable Chief Guest, Dr. Vikram Gupta (BAMS, MBA) addressed the students by narrating his success stories of various new startups. Then, our Guest of Honour, Mr. Rajiv Saini took to stage and told the students about his entrepreneurial experiences. Ms. Tanushree Chandra, Centre Head, Startup Incubator and Centre of Excellence, was students’ mentor during the event and explained the importance of entrepreneurship with the help of an activity. She came with a team of Student Entrepreneurs who narrated their stories of new startups.
This was followed by a lecture by Mr. Vivek Gupta, Chief Manager, SBI Naraingarh Branch who talked about various Govt. schemes for MSMEs.
Last but not the least, Ms. Ruchi Kapoor, Director, Orane International, Naraingarh branch connected with the students by her success story as an entrepreneur.
