29-01-2024 Empowering Voices: Slogan Writing Competition Promoting Safe Workplaces

Slogan writing competition on prevention of sexual harassment of women at workplace- Prevention ,Prohibition and redressal Act 2013, was organised by Dr.Seema Rana, Incharge,Internal Complaints Committee,of Govt. College Naraingarh on 29 January 2024. The program was successfully organised by team ICC, under IQAC ,under the chairmanship of principal, Mrs Bhupinder K Dhiman.Seven students participated in slogan writing competition .Poonam and Keshav secured first position,Ritikesh secured second position and Saloni secured third position.The principal awarded certificates and prizes to the winners and made the students aware about POSH Act 2013. She also addressed the students stating that it is everyone’s duty to create a safe environment at workplace.The event garnered enthusiastic participation, fostering awareness through creative expressions. Entrants highlighted the importance of respect, equality, and creating safe environments, contributing to a powerful dialogue on fostering a harassment-free workplace.
