Internal Complaints Committee of Government College Naraingarh organised an awareness programme on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of women at Workplace under the guidance of Principal Dr. Renu Rishi and the chairmanship of officiating Principal Dr. Devinder Dhingra.
The programme aimed to promote a culture of respect and sensitise students and staff about issues related to workplace harassment. The event featured the screening of thought-provoking documentaries, distribution of informational material, and an interactive workshop that encouraged open dialogue and active participation.A large number of students and staff members enthusiastically took part in the programme, making it highly engaging and impactful. The discussions and activities not only enhanced awareness but also reinforced the importance of creating a safe and respectful institutional environment.
The ICC committee convener Dr.Seema Rana and members Dr.Devinder Dhingra,Ms.Renu Kumari and Ms.Paramveer Kaur expressed their gratitude to the participants for their wholehearted involvement and highlighted the continued commitment of the Internal Complaints Committee towards ensuring a safe, inclusive, and respectful atmosphere on campus.
