07 (12-03-2024 to 18-03-2024) Days NSS Camp at Nabipur village

A special 7-day camp of NSS units of the college was held in Nabipur village at Government Middle School from 12-03-2024 to 18-03-2024. In this camp total of 150 volunteers were enrolled. The camp was inaugurated by the Principal Ma'am Mrs. Bhupinder K Dhiman by lamp lighting. In this camp under the guidance and leadership of NSS P.O Mr Naresh Kumar, Mrs Chanchal Rani, Mrs Vandana Saini and Mrs Neelu volunteers have participated in various activities like poster making, rally, cleanliness drive etc. In this camp for the volunteers, extension lectures were organised on the various topics of women's empowerment, communication skills, traffic rules and self-defence. During the camp Tree Plantation Campaign was organised in which various trees were planted at the Government middle school and community Hall of Nabipur Village. Blood Donation Camp was organised in the college library in collaboration with an NGO named Shree Kavad Mahasangh Charitable Trust, Panchkula. In this camp, about 70 units of blood were collected. The valedictory of the camp was done by cultural programme flute, singing and dancing to patriotism songs and skit on Nasha Mukti, voting etc. Volunteers learnt a lot from this camp. They learnt coordination, motivation, organisation, division of work, leadership etc. This camp will be definitely fruitful for all the volunteers. We hope volunteers of this camp will serve the society for betterment and Nation-building.
