21-04-2023 Expert Lecture on "Entrepreneurship and Self-Employment"

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Training and Placement Cell, and Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) at the Government College in Narayangarh organized a special expert lecture on "Entrepreneurship and Self-Employment" on April 21, 2023. The event aimed to motivate and guide students towards employment by providing them with valuable insights and success stories from various individuals.
The lecture was delivered by two experts in the field, Mr. Rajveer Chaudhary, President of Sahay Industrial Area Association, and Mr. Center Head of Entrepreneurship and Career Development Cell at Government College Sector 1, Panchkula. Mr. Rajveer drew inspiration from the lives of great personalities like Swami Vivekananda to emphasize the importance of time and self-confidence in achieving success. On the other hand, Ms. Tanushree Chandra Center Head, Entrepreneurship Cell, Govt. College, Sec-01 Panchkula, shared her knowledge on how students can start their own businesses and how to get make them successful.
The speakers shared their success stories to encourage the students towards self-employment and entrepreneurship. Students were motivated by the speakers to look beyond conventional employment opportunities and to explore the world of entrepreneurship.
At the end of the program, Principal Mrs. Pramila Malik expressed gratitude to both speakers for their valuable time and wished the students a bright future. The event was a great success and will undoubtedly help the students in their future endeavors.
About 135 students of M.A., B.Com & B.Sc. final year were benefitted from the lecture.
