12-10-2022 Orientation Program by INTERNAL COMPLAINTS COMMITTEE

Internal Complaints Committee of Government College,Naraingarh in collaboration with Women Cell organised an orientation and sensitisation programme on 12.10.2022 in the seminar hall. Internal Complaints Committee chairperson,Dr. Seema Rana introduced the chief guest ,Dr. Richa Rathi, SDM, district Panchkula and informed the audience that in pursuance of the sexual harassment of women at workplace act- 2013 , by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, India and UGC regulations 2015,the college has also constituted the ICC w.e.f. 02.08.2022 under the guidance of Principal Mrs.Promila Malik. The committee has been formed for effective enforcement of fundamental rights of gender equality and assurance of an environment free of sexual harassment and abuse. It’s functions include redressal of any sexual harassment,counselling and sensitisation programmes for prevention of such behaviour in the institution.
