Internal complaints committee of Government P.G. College, Naraingarh organised a sensitisation programme for the students and faculty on 23.08.2024. It was organised by chairperson Dr.Seema Rana and Ms.Renu Kumari and team ICC and IQAC, under the guidance of principal Dr.Ajit Singh, Deputy Director,NCC,Higher Education,Haryana. The sensitisation programme focused on- 1. Overview of the ICC and its significance. 2. Understanding the complaint resolution process. 3. Roles, Rights and Responsibilities of ICC members. 4. Interaction and Q&A session. With the help of ppt presentation and educational material, the students were sensitised about their roles and responsibilities and the legal mandate under the POSH Act. The principal ascertained and emphasised the commitment of the organisation to uphold a safe and inclusive workplace environment and promoting a culture of respect and equality.This sensitisation programme turned out to be very informative and interactive.
