As per the orders of the Higher Education Department Haryana a six day Surya Namaskar Training Program under the Har Ghar Parivar Surya Namaskar Campaign began on Thursday at Government College Naraiangarh.
The event held in honor of Swami Vivekananda and Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati commenced under the guidance of Principal Smt. Khushila. She highlighted that the campaign aims to benefit not only the students attending college but also the families of the 2500 students coming from 30 villages.
The program witnessed active participation from 35 NCC cadets 50 NSS volunteers and 60 teachers who enthusiastically joined the Surya Namaskar sessions. The staff and students practiced yoga and Surya Namaskar to promote health and wellness.
Principal Smt. Khushila emphasized the importance of this initiative in creating awareness about the benefits of yoga and fostering a healthier and more conscious community. The event also inspired participants to integrate yoga into their daily routines for holistic wellbeing.
